National Library and Information Technicians' Symposium 2017

November 23, 2016

Call for abstracts now open!

The committee organising the ALIA National Library and Information Technicians’ Symposium 2017, being held at ACU North Sydney, 27-29 September 2017, now invites potential presenters to submit abstracts for papers around the theme, Bridge to Knowledge.

You are invited to consider a range of topics relevant to the ever-changing environment of the library technician workplace and its future challenges. Your proposal could be your idea for a new initiative, or you could share your experiences in developing and delivering innovative services.

We would encourage all Library and Information Technicians to consider submitting an abstract to present a paper to your peers at this well-respected and enjoyable symposium. It is a great professional development opportunity.

Further information, including submission guidelines and due dates, may be found on the symposium website here.

The final date for abstract submission is 16th December 2016.
